    Episode 36 | Life & Career Coaching Session: Abandoning Life & Career Chaos to Let Your Intuition Be the Main Driver

    Are you constantly wanting to excel in every area of your life and career, but feel absolutely exhausted trying to keep up?  I had the beautiful opportunity to speak to the driven, soft, and empowering Sydni Dunn! Sydni and I met at a networking event, and I am so grateful we did because we connected instantly. Sydni works in marketing, is a connector of people, and goes above and beyond in her role. She works a full-time job, runs a charcuterie business on the side, and is always looking for a challenge, whether in her personal life, relationships, or career. Once we sat down to talk, I was able to crack open Sydni and hear what is troubling her the most. She says she has recently started to prioritize connecting with her intuition, but there seems to be a disconnect between that connection and her day-to-day reality. Sydni opens up about the high expectations she has for herself and feeling unworthy when she does find external validation and success. She says, “That constant need for external acceptance and validation is exhausting.” Sydni feels the constant need to do more in life and career, but has a fear of self-sabotage and failure.  Sydni & I explore: Understanding that our lives are not predestined and that we have the freedom to choose our daily reality and destiny. Why each area of our lives is intimately interconnected, and that each piece can offer wisdom to love and support us. Why anxiety and other manifested physical or mental health conditions are often intuitive signals that we are out of alignment. Prioritizing a daily ritual to reconnect with your intuition is a divine conduit to understanding where your soul is redirecting you. Forcing ourselves to do things in life and in our careers that we don't want to do will keep us in a cycle of anger, frustration, and resentment. How to recognize your emotions as intuitive signals to look inward instead of managing the emotions of others and the world at large.When exploring a new career path, it is more expansive to focus on your gifts, talents, and desires rather than logical next steps.   I am so proud of Sydni for opening up about the things that so many of us go through but aren't often talked about. When we are doing everything we can to live up to the expectations of others and our own expectations, we will never be able to discover what all of this is for. Calming the noise and reconnecting with your intuition will empower you to drive your life and career rather than be an active passenger.     Episode 35 | Life & Career Coaching Session: Permission to Create an Aligned Career After Job Loss and Deconstructing Religious Beliefs

    Do you struggle to trust yourself to build a career that supports your desired lifestyle and feels truly aligned? This week on the podcast, I had the chance to speak with the lovely and captivating Michelle Martinez! Michelle is a single mom living in Florida. She feels like she is at a crossroads, with a clear vision for her family's future, but she doesn’t feel she can permit herself to go all in on what she intuitively wants. Michelle is a jack-of-all-trades with career experience spanning multiple industries. But her career was often driven by a pattern of self-abandonment, where she prioritized making everyone else happy. Michelle explains why she believes she has a hard time making decisions because of her past employment and religious conditioning, specifically explaining that her conservative upbringing taught her the rhetoric to lean not on her own understanding, and that she was always told not to trust her own guidance. This has left her, for the first time, feeling like she has no direction. Michelle dreams of career autonomy, a flexible schedule to be there for her son, and a life and business that make her happy. Michelle and I explore:  Why feeling imposter syndrome in your career may be masking a deeper-rooted belief about yourself. How certain religious beliefs and conditioning can hold you back from trusting your inner guidance in life and career. Why it is crucial to become the creator and to trust your intuition to guide your life and career decisions.That allowing yourself to accept the life that is already yours and let your intuition and higher power fill in the blanks.Why, instead of asking your higher power for direction, our souls and higher power are asking us what we want for life and career.  That we do not need permission from anyone or anything outside ourselves for confirmation to start living for ourselves. Why your emotions are a signal from your intuition to reroute and bring your life back into intuitive flow.  Listening to your inner guidance will allow you to step fully into a life and career that is aligned with who you are. I want you to remember this today: “You don't need permission from anyone; you can give yourself that permission.” No one may understand why you are choosing to live differently, but over time, if they love you, they will finally begin to see why you were being guided all along.     Episode 34 | Life & Career Coaching Session: Overcoming Creative Burnout & Imposter Syndrome to Manifest a New Career

    What if it was possible to manifest your chosen role or new business venture instead of operating by default?  I was so honored to speak with the beautiful and driven Samantha (Sammy) Giarratano on the podcast this week! Sammy has worked in the corporate fashion industry for 13 years and is ready to make the leap by pivoting to a more creative path. She expressed that she wants to learn to listen to herself more so she can take risks and overcome imposter syndrome to manifest a new career. Sammy’s career journey began at FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology), where she reached her “creative glass ceiling,” but quickly realized that the creative freedom she felt didn't translate to the corporate production environment of fashion design. She noticed a significant shift in corporate culture after COVID that left her stuck in a cycle of feeling trapped, unable to build her own schedule or exercise her creativity in a way that lights her up. Sammy has realized that her true creative freedom has come from building branding projects on the side. She loves everything about developing a brand, giving it a look, feel, color story, and mood board to bring it to life. She also loves fitness and is a dedicated runner, and would love to transition her career into Brand Strategy and/or the fitness spaces. Sammy and I explore:  How "shooting your shot" with new networking connections (like using LinkedIn voice memos) can propel your career forward and offer new opportunities.Why Imposter Syndrome and the fear of losing your professional identity are the biggest mental blocks to pivoting, and how to push past the fear of failure.Why fear of failure can keep you in the same unwanted career cycle and how reframing setbacks as soul-guided redirection can bring you closer to what you do want.That corporate roles rely so heavily on the left, logical brain and why reconnecting with your right, creative brain is so important for intuitive guidance.Why your intuition is your GPS in life and career that can attract people, money, and opportunities into your life when you need them.How spending 40+ hours in a corporate bubble can drain your energy and cause you to assimilate to a false identity.Why manifesting and writing down your perfect life and career scenario will get you to your chosen life and career quicker than fitting yourself into a company's box.That actively choosing to be the creator and visionary of your life and career can prevent you from being shoehorned into a life that never fit to begin with.     Episode 33 | How to Realign Your Feelings When Life or Career Feels Out of Control

    Do you often feel out of control when something difficult happens in your personal life or career? On this week’s solo episode, I felt guided to share a personal story with you about when I recently baked a cake with my toddler. I share this as an illustration of what often happens when something in our life or career spirals out of our control. When things get hard, it is natural for our logical minds to scan for past traumas and experiences to blame, criticize, or shame ourselves. But instead, these difficult experiences should be our sign to reroute. Instead of letting these stressful moments throw you off track, learning to pinpoint when your feelings are out of alignment and taking a break to reconnect with your intuition will guide you back into alignment and offer liberal self-compassion. Our intuition will always guide us back to what is true: that we are loved, whole, and on the right track. These stressful moments can be a gift, a time to step back and reconnect with our intuition to shed light on the situation and help us focus on what we actually want for our lives and careers.  Let’s explore together: Why overcoming the fear of being seen can help you manifest a more fulfilling career.Your feelings surrounding your role or business are an intuitive indicator that your career is misaligned.When you follow your intuitive pings, you'll eventually get to the career you are meant to be in.How our logical brains scan for past experience and trauma when life or career gets hard.When your feelings and emotions turn negative, that is your intuition guiding you back into alignment.That everything outside of ourselves is out of our control, but we do have control over our feelings/emotions and environment.Why you shouldn’t allow your negative thoughts to ruin your life, your brain is strictly logical and will always pull from past experience and traumas that are not who we are.  I hope this episode gives you permission to let go of the challenging moments that often happen in the human experience. Turning to our intuition and self-compassion to pull us away will help us refocus on building the life and career we want, prioritizing our overall joy and happiness, rather than the negative.     Episode 32 | Life & Career Coaching Session: When is it time to trust my intuition in life and career when therapy is working?

    I had the amazing opportunity to speak with the gifted and beautiful Lauren Huff on the podcast! Lauren is in her mid-30s and has reached a point in her life where she feels guided to focus on continuing to regulate her nervous system, pivot her career, and decide next steps for her life. For Lauren, somatic therapy has provided her with the tools to combat nervous system dysregulation and firm boundaries with close relationships around her. Lauren has worked in healthcare for the last 10 years, and her schedule offers her a lot of flexibility, but her role contributes to dysregulation and has capped her earning potential. Lauren is passionate about health, wellness, gut health, and fermentation, and has started a podcast to share her knowledge and expertise! She has a dream of selling her fermented recipes and helping others to understand better why it's so important to consume them. Lauren and I explore: How somatic therapy can help regulate your nervous system and provide you with tools when navigating relationships with family and romantic relationships.Why childhood and past conditioning can hold us back from stepping into our role as a visionary for our life and career.When we "clench" or feel "resistant" to advice from others, this response may be an indicator that our intuition is guiding us back into realignment.Why creating a daily ritual to reconnect with yourself and intuition provides time and space to focus on major life decisions.Why pursuing creative passions for you and no one else is crucial, and allows you to become magnetic and create without restrictionTrusting yourself and your intuition allows you to get unstuck and spend your time and energy on all the things that make you the most happy.     Episode 31 | Intuitive Parenting: Understanding Your Child's Energetic Needs through Human Design with Angie Grandt

    Are you using generational or cookie-cutter parenting techniques, but feel they don't intuitively feel right?  I had the beautiful honor of interviewing Angie Grandt, a Generational Healing Specialist, who has spent over two decades working with children in the field of behavioral health. Angie opens up and shares her experience of becoming an adoptive mom, only to realize that her expertise and unconditional love for her child weren't enough to meet his needs. After her traumatized son was removed from her home, that became the moment she knew she had to parent her son differently. The answers to her suffering came when Angie discovered Human Design: an energetic blueprint that combines elements of religion, spirituality, and science to provide a map of our souls and how to activate our intuition. Angie teaches us that by following our inner compass, also known as intuition, and leading by example, we can empower our children to honor their unique energetic needs and live a life that feels authentic to both them and us. This conversation teaches us, as working professionals and parents, that we are capable of shedding old, generational patterns and embracing our new role as stewards of each child's unique, intuitive needs.     Episode 30 | How to Rebrand Your Life with Your Intuition

    **TRIGGER WARNING: I discuss topics surrounding thoughts of suicide.  Have you tried to convince and shoehorn yourself into a life that never fit you to begin with? This week on the podcast, I recorded a solo episode guided by my intuition, as I felt guided to share an important message with you. To give you a glimpse into my professional background, I began in marketing, and over time, my expertise evolved into branding. This led to many opportunities to rebrand small to large companies. Rebrand Your Life is my framework for creating a new life guided by your intuition, on your terms. When your life starts to feel out of alignment, it may be time for an intuitive rebrand. The rebranding process begins with an overall inventory of different areas of your life. Then, reconnecting with yourself and your intuition for just five to 20 minutes per day can help you find your right direction. Finally, overcoming your logical reasoning and negative emotions can help to eventually manifest the life you want now.
