Great podcast!

I love this podcast! So honest, authentic and helpful. Combining science, psychology and stories from personal experience, Dr. Rook helps listeners to see things in a new light. I especially enjoyed the episodes Relationship Magic” and “Permission to Bloom.” Important reminders for all of us. Her inspiring podcast really is a must-listen! And you can earn CME credits!

Great 19th!

Dr Rook’s 19th podcast is loaded with warm stories and examples of stress and c it’s causes... I felt much less Aline in my stressed head with fearful ideas. She presents warm examples from her own life as well as practical tips to change years of habitual thinking! Loved it!
