Why Your Identity Has To Evolve As Your Business Grows

What if the thing holding your business back isn't your strategy, your visibility, or your systems, but your identity? In this solo episode, Savanna talks about one of the most underrated shifts in business growth: what happens to your identity when your business outgrows the version of you that built it. If you're in what Savanna calls the messy middle, past the beginning, but not quite settled into the next level of leadership, this one is for you. Savanna shares her own experience of hitting a capacity ceiling in her theatre school, bringing in her first coach, then a VA, and always being one step behind where her business actually needed her. She also talks about working with a client whose identity evolved so powerfully that it changed the way she led her business entirely. This episode isn't about reinvention. It's about evolution. You don't have to become someone unrecognisable, you just have to grow into the version of yourself your business is already ready for. Savanna also explores the voice connection: why, when your identity hasn't caught up with your business, your voice reflects it, and how everything shifts when it does. In this episode Why identity is the most underrated part of growing a business What the messy middle really feels like and why it's completely normal Savanna's own story of reactive growth and always being one step behind The difference between reinvention and evolution How your voice follows your identity One question to ask yourself about where you're really showing up fromGrab My Free Reclaim Your Voice 5 Day Audio Series Here Follow me on Instagram here Book you Free 15minute call with me here

Late Diagnosed ADHD, Burnout, Masking and Rebuilding Confidence with Ria Taher

What does ADHD look like when you have spent years being the capable one, the high achiever, the person who keeps going no matter what? In this episode of Reclaim Your Voice, I’m joined by Ria Taher, founder of RI ALIGN, who supports high achieving adults with ADHD, AuDHD, burnout and overwhelm. Ria works with people who have been late diagnosed, who suspect they may have ADHD, or who are trying to understand why life and work can feel harder than they seem to for other people. On her site, she describes her work as helping ambitious, busy minds and diverse thinkers move from overwhelm to clarity, confidence and sustainable change.  Together, we explore what late diagnosed ADHD can look like in real life, why so many adults have spent years masking and people pleasing, and how that can affect confidence, identity and emotional wellbeing. Ria also shares her own diagnosis journey, the grief that can come with finally making sense of the past, and why understanding how your brain works can be the beginning of a completely new chapter. Her coaching draws on neuroscience, executive coaching models, neuro linguistic programming, and executive functioning frameworks.  We also talk about rejection sensitive dysphoria, burnout cycles in high achievers, time blindness, hyperfocus, emotional regulation, and the practical tools that can help people work with their brain rather than against it. Ria explains why self awareness is the foundation for change, why journaling and brain dumping can be powerful first steps, and how routines like movement and exercise can support focus, clarity and regulation. If you have ever wondered whether ADHD could be part of your story, or you are supporting someone who is navigating a diagnosis, this conversation is full of insight, reassurance and practical takeaways. How to Steal the Stage, Speak with Authority and Turn Your Voice into Sales with Laura Beddoe-Collins

What does it actually take to step onto a stage, own your voice, and turn your message into real business growth? In this episode of Reclaim Your Voice, I’m joined by Laura Beddoe-Collins, founder of Soul Speaks, who helps conscious founders get booked, get paid, and steal the stage. This conversation moves beyond surface-level confidence and gets into what’s really going on when capable, successful business owners hold themselves back from visibility, speaking, and selling. We explore how to craft a talk that actually lands, why storytelling is the key to connection and conversion, and what separates a speaker who inspires from one who gets paid. If you know you have something to say but haven’t fully stepped into using your voice yet, this episode will challenge and support you to move forward. In this episode, we cover: • What’s really holding business owners back from speaking and visibility  • The two types of speakers Laura works with and how they struggle differently  • How to move from “information-heavy” talks to powerful, engaging delivery  • Why storytelling is essential for connection, credibility, and sales  • What it means to “sell without selling” from the stage  • How to refine your brand story so it attracts the right clients • The role of identity and subconscious blocks in visibility and income • What happens when you truly own the stage • How speaking can scale your business from one-to-one to one-to-many • The biggest mistakes people make when trying to get paid to speak • Why starting before you feel ready is the only way forward Key Takeaways: Your voice is not just about expression. It is a business tool. The way you speak, the stories you tell, and how you position yourself directly impact your visibility, your authority, and your income. You don’t need to become someone else to own the stage.  You need to learn how to communicate your message in a way that is aligned, embodied, and clear. About Laura Beddoe-Collins: Laura is the founder of Soul Speaks, a platform that supports conscious founders to step into visibility, speak on stages, and grow their businesses through powerful communication.
