    Franko Heke: The Journey from Rockstar to Promoting Unity and learning along the way

    Today was joined by friend, muscian, and a truly epic human being Franko Heke. As a musican Franko is known for his unique fusion of mantra and reggae ‘Cosmic Kirtan’. Influenced by Xavier Rudd, Michael Jackson, Guns N' Roses, Cat Stevens, Krishna Das, and Metallica, Franko's music career has taken him on tours across Japan and the USA. He transitioned from a rock'n'roll lifestyle to one that empraced meditation, yoga, and breathwork. Through his music and workshops, Franko seeks to raise consciousness and promote unity, drawing on his Māori heritage and ancient mantras.     As I am back in Paris after 6.5 years, we will start with journey I took from Bali to Paris in 2018 to try and save my marriage to then dive into the power of reclaiming spaces that carry memories of hardship or trauma (big T and little t).     Branden Collinsworth: A mission of love and achieving TRUE greatness in life

    Today we are joined by my true brother from another mother, Branden Collinsworth. Branden lives life spreading one of the most authentic missions of love I've ever witnessed. He is the founder of Warrior Retreats, a Nike Master Trainer, and one of the top mindset coaches in the world. One this episode we are going right into the depths of what sparked Branden's mission of love. Before this mission, Branden will also share his journey from the projects of Las Vegas to greatness both the false greatness that we can all chase in a world of glitz and glamour as well as the true greatness that only exists when in true service of others. We will dive into the pursuit and allure of making money, fancy houses and beautiful and how this view of faux greatness will ultimately lead to feeling empty on the inside. Once yoga entered his life, he got called out by a teacher saying that he had all figured out on the outside but had no clue what was going on on the inside.   It was only through the insights found in yoga, that he found that the path to greatness must start on the inside and be rooted in service.     Breaking the addiction to success and toxic corporate life

    In this episode we are going to dive into my inner world of not feeling like I belonged and how that tied my sense of self to success, being successful, and belonging to the group that was successful. This started early in life with making honor roll as kid, to making sports teams as I got older, to a relentless anxiety filled pursuit of success in the corporate world. This addiction to success led me to disregard my own needs in lieu of the needs of my coach, my boss, the company. I lived in a constant state of anxiety for nearly 11 years because my sense of self was tied to success. I was an addict. Here's my story of breaking free.

As Tantra has become a marketing buzz word in the new age spiritual community, it is rooted in some pretty epic ancient wisdom with a simple focus of navigating the fullness of the human experience while honoring all that we are.  One of the main areas that has supported me is cultivating presence through doing my be to not avoid pain which gives access to more and more pleasure in all areas of life.
