    About: This episode we were joined by special guest, Tiffany Cartwright, CEO and founder of G.L.A.M Body Scrubs to learn how she brought her exclusive products to Walmart shelves! She shared her experiences with having to remain true to her empowering brand mission while navigating the retail industry. Tiffany also offered plenty of gems on why it's a necessity that the black community comes together to create more businesses, invest in one another, and focus on making an IMPACT on future generations. Listen in as we get to know the woman behind the certified women-owned and minority-owned business, G.L.A.M Body Scrubs.  Bio:  Tiffany Cartwright, of G.L.A.M. Body Scrubs, started mixing skincare products after her daughter was born with eczema. Through her business, she developed "Help a Sister Out," a campaign that helps people get their products on the shelves of stores like Walmart and other major retailers. There are many major retailers looking for more products from minorities and Cartwright is sharing her experience and knowledge to be the solution for other businesses. A portion of the proceeds from each sale is donated to charities that support cancer, lupus, and diabetes survivors. She's known for her singles "Banj" and "Smash Up The Place".  Known for her high-fashion look, Sharaya joined forces with Alexander Wang starring in his T by Alexander Wang campaign and becoming a brand ambassador for his line. In 2018, Howell joined the music competition program The Four:Battle for Stardom, where she attained the title for the longest seat holder and runner up of Season 2. Prior to filming, she battled Stage 2 Breast Cancer, which was mentioned on the program finale.
