September 2026 Collective Reading | It’s Time to Admire the Woman You’ve Become

When was the last time you looked at yourself—not to criticize her, fix her, compare her, or figure out what she needs to work on next—but to actually admire her? Not just for what she’s accomplished. For who she’s become. For the things she survived that nobody really saw. For the times she had to pick herself back up. For the boundaries she finally learned to hold. For the patterns she started questioning. For the ways she chose differently. For the courage it took to keep moving when she had absolutely no idea what was waiting on the other side. Admiration is the word Spirit brought forward for September, and this collective reading feels like an invitation to stop moving the goalpost. Because so many of us are really good at noticing what still needs work. We heal one thing and immediately look for the next thing to heal. We reach one milestone and start thinking about the next one. We compare where we are to where we thought we would be by now. And somewhere in all of that becoming, we forget to turn around and look at the woman who actually got us here. This month, Spirit is asking you to see her. In this September collective reading, I channel messages around navigating challenges without losing yourself inside of them, recognizing the difference between your inner critic and your deeper truth, releasing expectations and control, reconnecting with your body and intuition, and finding compassion for yourself even when life feels messy, uncomfortable, or completely out of balance. And maybe most importantly, we explore what it means to admire yourself while you’re still becoming. You don’t have to wait until everything is healed. You don’t have to have the perfect body, relationship, career, bank account, family, or life. You don’t need to reach some imaginary version of yourself before you’re allowed to be proud of the woman standing here today. You can still be in the thick of it and admire yourself. You can still have healing to do and admire yourself. You can have absolutely no idea what comes next and still look at yourself and say, Wow. Look at how far I’ve come. Maybe September isn’t asking you to become someone new. Maybe it’s asking you to finally see the woman you’ve already become. And to give her the admiration she deserves. --- Let's stay connected!!! bio.site/therachelgossett

You Can’t Control the Ocean—But You Can Trust Yourself

I almost talked myself out of taking my three daughters to the beach by myself. My mind had already created the entire story before we even left the house: the fighting, the snacks, the sand, the Mom, Mom, Mom, and all the chaos that can come with taking three little girls anywhere—let alone the beach. But underneath all of that mental noise, something in me still said go. So I listened. And what followed was one of those days that felt like Spirit was leaving breadcrumbs everywhere. Repeating numbers. Hawks. Feathers. No traffic. A parking spot right next to the beach. Time with a dear friend. My girls laughing and jumping through crystal-clear waves. Everything seemed to be reminding me: You're exactly where you're supposed to be. And then I got stung by a jellyfish. Twice. Because apparently Spirit wasn't interested in subtlety that day. In this episode, I'm sharing what that experience taught me about surrender, self-trust, sensitivity, and our tendency to let one painful moment become the story we tell about an entire experience. Because surrender doesn't mean life suddenly becomes easy. It doesn't mean nothing hurts, nothing goes wrong, or everything unfolds exactly the way we wanted it to. Sometimes the f*****g jellyfish still stings you. The deeper work is learning that you don't have to control the current to trust yourself inside of it. We'll also talk about the difference between your body genuinely saying no and your mind predicting everything that could go wrong, why sensitivity can be a strength rather than something you need to get rid of, and how softness and boundaries can exist at the same time. And I'll leave you with a simple three-question somatic practice to help you recognize what is actually yours to control, what is yours to do, and what you're ready to release. Because freedom isn't creating a life where nothing hurts. Freedom is knowing that when life does sting, you don't have to become the pain. So maybe the question isn't, How do I control where this current takes me? Maybe it's, Do I trust myself enough to move with it? --- Let's stay connected!!! bio.site/therachelgossett

What Happened When I Stopped Trying to Control the Trip

What if the peace you’ve been waiting for doesn’t come when life finally gets easier, but when you stop needing everything around you to cooperate before you allow yourself to feel it? I just got home from a family trip to Delaware with my husband and four kids—and if you’re a mom, you already know this was NOT a vacation. It was early mornings, wet bathing suits, constant snacks, overstimulation, kids melting down, me losing my patience sometimes, and a whole lot of “Mamaaaaaa!” Somehow, right in the middle of all that chaos, I felt more connected than I have in a long time. We almost didn’t take this trip. Our plan was to stay home this summer, but synchronicity after synchronicity kept nudging us to go. So instead of needing to have it all figured out, we listened. And once I loosened my grip, the Spirit winks were everywhere. Rainbows. Repeating numbers. White feathers. Seven hawks circling above us. A beautiful orange-and-blue butterfly that immediately made me feel connected to my mom. Ringing in my ear followed by Journey’s Don’t Stop Believin’. And even the damn parking spots we thanked Source for before we arrived and somehow kept getting.  But this episode isn’t really about signs. It’s about becoming present enough to notice what’s already here. I’m talking about why control can feel so f*cking safe, what surrender actually looks like in everyday life, coming home to your body when you’re overstimulated, listening to your intuition, and the duality of motherhood—the truth that you can be incredibly grateful for your children AND desperately need ten minutes where nobody talks to or touches you. Because healing isn’t becoming so regulated that nothing ever triggers you. For me, it has become about shortening the distance between leaving myself and coming home to myself. Freedom isn’t waiting for the chaos to disappear. It’s learning how to experience the joy, connection, magic and sacredness that are already happening right in the f*cking middle of it. In this episode, I’m inviting you to get curious: What are you trying so hard to control right now that you may not be leaving any room for life to meet you? You don’t need the entire path illuminated. You just need enough light for the step you’re taking right now. --- Let's stay connected!!! bio.site/therachelgossett

August 2026 Collective Reading | Your Resilience Is Greater Than You Realize

Every month I tune into the energy of the collective and ask one simple question: "What do we need to know right now for our highest and greatest good?" The message that came through for August surprised me with its simplicity. Resilience. Not because life won't challenge you this month, but because Spirit wants you to remember something you've likely forgotten: you've already survived so much more than you give yourself credit for. In this episode, we explore how curiosity can quiet your inner critic, why learning to receive is just as important as learning to give, and how unexpected changes may actually be redirecting you toward something even better than you planned. This isn't about bypassing the hard moments. It's about learning to meet them differently. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or like life keeps asking you to pivot, I hope this episode reminds you that your strength isn't found in pushing harder. It's found in trusting yourself enough to move with what life is asking of you. Take what resonates. Leave the rest. And trust that if this episode found you today, it found you exactly when you needed it. If this episode speaks to you, I'd be so grateful if you'd follow the show, leave a rating and review, and share it with someone who needs this reminder. Every share helps this message reach another woman who may be ready to reclaim her light. Let's stay connected!!! bio.site/therachelgossett

Fear Doesn't Get the Final Say

Fear Doesn't Get the Final Say For four years, I carried the dream of creating this podcast. Every time I got close, fear convinced me to wait. It told me I wasn't experienced enough. That no one would listen. That everyone already had a podcast. That I should wait until I felt more confident, more prepared, more "ready." So I listened...until I couldn't ignore the quiet calling inside of me anymore. In this first episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of what almost stopped this podcast from ever existing. I share what happened when my nervous system completely shut down as I hovered over the "Publish" button, the questions that helped me move through fear instead of obeying it, and why healing isn't about becoming fearless—it's about creating enough safety in your body to take the next step anyway. If you've been waiting to start the business, have the conversation, set the boundary, share your voice, or finally choose yourself because you're hoping fear will disappear first, this episode is for you. We'll explore: Why fear doesn't always mean "stop." How your nervous system may be trying to protect you—not sabotage you. The difference between waiting to feel ready and creating enough safety to move forward. How self-trust is built one courageous step at a time. Why your voice, your story, and your lived experience matter in ways no one else's can. My hope is that by the end of this episode, you won't just feel inspired—you'll feel a little safer trusting yourself. Because reclaiming your light isn't about waiting until fear is gone. It's about deciding that fear doesn't get the final say. Take a deep breath with me, and let's begin reclaiming your light. **** Let's stay connected!!! bio.site/therachelgossett
