I’ve been watching your TikTok videos for quite a while and I’m happy to see you get into podcasting. I was raised in a similar environment that you were, and later in my early 20s I joined a cult called the children of God. I left the group in 1996 and have been responsible for helping others to exit from this destructive cult. I was a very visible member of the group and that I am a musician and began writing songs in 1970 based on my newfound belief. This is the same cultThat River and Joaquin phoenix were born into. I have found your posts on TikTok helped me to dissect my own belief system and I am still trying to figure out what I really believe even at my ripe old age of 73! Your videos have been very instrumental in helping me to be able to look at religion and religious hypocrisy for what they really are. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and voluminous research on this important subject!

Great job on your second episode!!! Thanks for giving more background on the NIFB. It’s hard to go into too much detail on TikTok. I think an interview with Cakes and Thighs would be epic!! Also, you mentioned doing segments. What about a segment on how to respond to religious statements when arguing or debating? Just a thought…. Anyways, keep up the good work!!
