Wowowowow I am absolutely LOVING the process of content creation, and I was so invested in researching, writing and preparing for this episode, that I honestly almost forgot to record it... This is technically the first half of a 2-part conversation about Regret and Cognitive/Behavioural Tools to effectively navigate emotion and shift perceptual orientation.
