Episode 50- Patreon- What About Bob? (1991)

Episode 50- Patreon- What About Bob? (1991)

Before going on vacation, self-involved psychiatrist Dr. Leo Marvin (Richard Dreyfuss) has the misfortune of taking on a new patient: Bob Wiley (Bill Murray). An exemplar of neediness and a compendium of phobias, Bob follows Marvin to his family's country house. Dr. Marvin tries to get him to leave; the trouble is, everyone love Bob. As his oblivious patient makes himself at home, Dr. Marvin loses his professional composure and, before long, may be ready for the loony bin himself. We start 2020 off right with our first Patreon movie pick for Season 2 and we get this very clever 90's comedy!  The guys discuss the antics of Bob Wiley as he basically torments Leo and charms everyone else in his life.  A bit of commentary on other Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfuss films is also had.  While towards the end, the boys discuss some of their own "issues" in their lives to allow some baby steps towards a better life. We are the Reel Feels Podcast, every other Wednesday we'll bring you a new movie with all the feels you can handle.  We'll laugh, we'll cry and possibly restrain the frustrations to curse the heavens.  But what you can count on is three guys sharing their love of cinema with you.

Giving the warm-fuzzies

Love these guys. Among other podcast trio they have a natural feel. Never have I felt more like I’m just sitting with friends at a table talking about great movies. Delivering quality content once every two weeks will have you begging for more. I love listening to these guys at work to help with stress. Not that I have too much. Give these guys a listen. Great way to spend an afternoon. Every episode feels great. Audio is great. Recording quality is up to par. :)
