Hi I am Malinda P, fifteen years ago, I was diagnosed with a terminaI condition called Polymyositis, with Antisythetase syndrome and Interstial lung disease in where I was given a maximum life span of 7 years. I knew this could not be the end for me. In fear, I turned my life back to Christ asking the ultimate physician for another chance. I started Refocusonu, because so many like myself, fear of the unknown desperately are in need of another chance. Refocusonu is a 501 C3 nonprofit geared to help others live life despite their diagnosis giving them another chance at living a blessed life

    Hey guys, here is a short episode of the upcoming topic, "Who's minding the store"  What are you doing to take care of your health?  Are you on the battle field with armor or with a whole bunch of twinkies.  It's important that we must feed our body the right foods so that when trouble comes such as sickness or an infection, our army of fruits and vegetables with fight for us and not be like the hostess twinkie or doughnut running away.
