    28 twenty-eight 2 then 8

    She is one year older, one year wiser (maybe), and one year of still no consistency in posting these. Did I wait a whole year to post? Yes. Am I still crying? Absolutely. Am I still afraid people I know will find this? 100%. Did I read poetry that I wrote in a dramatic fashion like I was performing it? Oh yeah.     being 27

    I am 27 years old. I have no money and no prospects. I’m already a burden to my parents. And I’m frightened. Well helllllo, I have officially entered my pride & prejudice era. I am conflicted, I am emotional, I am a work in progmess. Here’s some thoughts, some tears on turning 27.

    i have time

    ooof. I’m sorry the audio is SO bad. That’s on me because I have decided not to put anything into this via equipment and such. Maybe it’s time that changes. But I thoroughly enjoyed talking about change, growth and feeling stagnant in life. So here’s to making time because we have it. :)

    hey there! I’m back…maybe? I’m not too sure what this is but I’m trying to make some space for myself between all messiness of life. Do something that excites me a little, that gives me a some joy. Who really knows but here’s a rainy day brain dump. :)

    New year, new pain, new grief

    This was a very hard episode to record. I almost didn’t post this but a part of my soul felt it needed to be out. I hope you all know that we will get passed this pain, this loss, and this grief. We will because there is no other choice.

    pain, sadness, anxiety, oh my!

    *trigger warning* this episode has difficult language, talks about anxiety, pain, mental health struggles and emotional abuse. This was painful to record and painful to listen too. I’m struggling a lot right now and that’s okay. I will be okay.

    So yeah, woah...I have issues. But that’s okay, show me an actual okay person lol anyway this might have some triggers about mental health. The tiktokers? Idk the people I was talking about are @: sativaplath69 & matthisjbaker they have good content and it helped me uncover some of the stuff I’m struggling with so maybe it will help you.

    Hey...this is the very awkward, extremely scattered brained, and sorta dreadful first episode of Refrigerator Body. I hope nobody finds this but if you do...I’m sorry, haha. Today I talk about what everyone is talking about. Election Day. There’s my fears, anxieties, and a recap of the first time I voted in a presidential election.
