Episode 78: Break Up With Bad Habits

Episode 78: Break Up With Bad Habits

You know a bad habit when you see it, right? Well maybe not! I think how we think about our bad habits, with all the shame/guilt/frustration/regret that surrounds it, PREVENTS us from being free from it! Bad habits can feel like you're in bondage and you're just stuck with no way out and this is just who you are. But it doesn't have to be this way!

Today on the podcast, I'm teaching you the steps I learned myself to get out of bad habits and what I still do today to reframe my thinking, help me understand the consequences when I am desiring something, and most importantly, offer myself kindness and love in my vulnerability and weakness. Send this to a friend and/or leave a review if this helped you.

Episode 76: Young Parenting 101 with Emily Wardrop

Are you a young parent with your first kid, not sure if you're doing any of it right? Or maybe you're quite experienced, yet feel like you aren't a good parent? Or maybe you aren't even close to being a parent, yet you still struggle in your self-worth? This is the episode for you!

Today on the podcast, I have my amazing friend and parenting life coach Emily Wardrop. She specializes in helping young mothers in the thick of it get over their mental drama to allow them to show up as the mothers they want to be. In our discussion, we go in depth on what it means to be a good mother, how to approach the idea of parenthood when you're afraid, and how anything you want is ultimately INEVITABLE when you believe it is and trust yourself along the way.

    Episode 73: Going Through a Break-up

    Episode 73: Going Through a Break-up

It sucks! There's no other way to think about it right? It's awkward and uncomfortable and really is just another form of grief. Yet is there a better way to go through the experience? In my opinion, absolutely!

Today on the podcast, I walk you through how we can embrace the tragedy of a break up by being honest with how we are feeling, let others be uncomfortable with our sadness, and grow our capacity to move on in having faith for the future when we are ready to believe again, all from what I learned from my own personal break ups in life.

Life-Changing

I don’t ever listen to podcasts but I love listening to Relatable Thoughts! Caleb is such a funny and charismatic guy that his podcast not only entertain me but also inspire me. As a college student myself, I take comfort in knowing that the struggles and situations I am going through are not only mine. Caleb is very open about his struggles and I appreciate that as I am not a very open person. Relatable Thoughts is such a hit that I think every college student should listen to it. Give one of the many episodes a try and you will be surprised at how edified you are after listening to Caleb.
