The military community called him "Captain America" Andy Mackersano completed six full tours and a half of a dozen others in some of the fiercest blood battles of Afghanistan in 2009 in the Augin Dan Valley. He dies of suicide in front of his wife and left behind three small children, the valley won that day...

As COVID shutdowns take a toll on mental health resources for combat veterans and their families. Hear of it from another combat veteran who was in near Augin Dan Valley in 2009, where the bloodiest battles occurred. They say it was like fighting Mike Tyson everyday for a year!!!
