She gets it!

She’s succinct and thoughtful, and stays true to value-based parenting which helps give the ‘why’ behind everything which really helps to bring a firm foundation.
Also, these are not hour long podcasts, which helps me really keep up with each episode in the middle of mothering!

So good and so helpful!

I absolutely love this podcast! Deena presents in such a way that I’m excited and encouraged to try a new mindset for parenting. She doesn’t make me feel judged or inadequate. I’ve already tried some grounding techniques for one of my kids (and myself!). Highly recommend to anyone with children in their lives!
