さておき、怖い映画の筆頭として並ぶこの一作。

イマイチこわくなくねえか？

だとしたらその原因はどこにあるのかしらん？

考えてみたところ見えてきたのが、描写のイマイチ響かないところとかなんとか。

深い話というよりはおっちゃん二人が自分勝手な話をする回になりましたとさ。

Hey, it’s Mako, your movie-chatter host.
This time, I sat down with Oma from #PokéNuma to talk about #TheShining.

A Stephen King story, directed by Stanley Kubrick—two giant names stacked on one film.
And yet, as the legend goes, King himself wasn’t too happy with the result…

Anyway, this is supposed to be one of the scariest movies ever made.
But honestly… isn’t it kinda not that scary?
So where does that come from?

The more we thought about it, the more it seemed like certain portrayals just don’t really hit home.
Instead of a deep dive, though, this episode basically turned into two middle-aged dudes rambling their own way through the movie.
