He was head football coach at the University of Utah from 1990 to 2002 and at Weber State University from 2005 to 2011, and finished with a career college football record of 131–101. His name is honored at the University of Utah's Rice-Eccles Stadium. He has been inducted into three Halls of Fame: the University of Utah Hall of Fame, the Weber State Hall of Fame and the State of Utah Hall of Fame. We talk about how football in Utah grew over those years: the recruiting, the rivalries, the players and the coaches who built the game here. We also talk about what he thinks the next generation needs. Then we get to the work that matters most to him now. The Ron McBride Foundation is dedicated to improving the education and well-being of Utah's at-risk youth through after school programs at Title 1 schools.Some 99,000 Utah children are left alone and unsupervised after school each day, and close to 8,000 students are enrolled in after school or community programs that RMF supports.     Traditional Paths and Innovative Paths to Immigration Visas For International Student Athletes

    This is Courtside Counsel Law Firm and thank you for tuning in.     Recruiting, NIL, and the Reality of Sports Agents with Coach John Baxter

The interview discusses how the recruiting process is carried out, how an agent can establish trust and develop lasting relationships with the players, and the things that a new agent needs to consider before signing their first athlete.
