    In a financial career that spanned 20+ years, Busola has worked in retail banking investment banking and investment management institutions. Until 2019 she was the CFO of State Street global market EMEA, within this institution she also held four board positions. Busola is now focused on social entrepreneurship, she has been active in a digital space developing tech products for young adults and youths. Busola is also currently a commissioner for the Church of England, serves as a trustee for the scout Association and as a non-executive director for the energy ombudsman services.
