Episode 32: Career Growth with Chelsea Amable-Zibolsky

I had the pleasure of coaching Chelsea Amable-Zibolsky at two different times in her career, with years in between. This is something I really cherish about my work: I sometimes get to work with clients again after a few years and we dive deep into the present moment as they grow and expand. I invited Chelsea to share what it is like to experience such growth: from finding work you love, to navigating becoming a parent, from embracing your voice to stepping into entrepreneurship. If you are looking for inspiration, some practical ideas, and an opportunity to hear what it’s like to do the deep work and find your path, this episode is for you. About Chelsea Amable-Zibolsky Chelsea Amable-Zibolsky is a program designer and strategist who builds initiatives that create real, lasting impact. Through her work with nonprofits, government agencies, and corporate partners, she takes a hands-on, community-centered approach to designing assessments and programs that deliver measurable results. Her expertise spans end-to-end project management, supplier and vendor partnerships, and turning complex community needs into actionable strategies. From designing solutions and managing logistics to evaluating outcomes, Chelsea ensures every piece of the process is aligned for success. At the heart of her work is a commitment to going beyond “checking the box” - she creates programs that address real needs and drive meaningful change in the communities she serves. You can follow and connect with Chelsea on Linkedin. I am your host, AURORA MENEGHELLO. I work with people who want to change careers, but are not sure what they want to do next, and with leaders and entrepreneurs who know they need to make some changes and are ready to explore what that could look like. My approach is a blend of deep inner work, and practical, roll up your sleeves attitude. I help you trust your Inner Wisdom, learn how Change works, and understand how you can make the best choices for yourSelf. And I bring to our conversations two decades of marketing and business experience to support you in taking practical and strategic action. Some of my past clients have changed careers, started their business, increased their income beyond what they had ever made before; some chose to step back from their busy lives and embrace different values, others developed their leadership potential, and more. Episode 31: Divine Intervention with Brendan Patrick Hughes

Let me say it right up front: I am a huge fan of Divine Intervention, Brendan Patrick Hughes latest project. If you have followed Repurpose Your Purpose from the very beginning, you might remember Brendan joining one of my panel discussion events in Los Angeles. Since attending one of his shows almost a decade ago, I have been a fan of Brendan’s storytelling, and Divine Intervention is his best work yet: the culmination of a lifetime of research, planning, and Purpose. I knew I had to invite him to join me on The Repurpose Your Purpose Podcast when in the second episode, two of the main characters in this true story grapple with the following question: Are you in this world to participate in your vocation? Or are you in this vocation to participate in the world? If there ever was a time for all of us to grapple with this same question, it is now. Divine Intervention is the untold story of a ragtag band of radical nuns in combat boots, wild-haired priests and their madcap friends who swiftly became accomplished cat-burglars in a hellbent effort to sabotage the Vietnam war. Many went to jail, some betrayed their friends, others fell in love. Across 10 episodes, host Brendan Patrick Hughes uncovers their audacious illegal acts – scaling walls, picking locks, destroying draft cards, harboring a draft fugitive in a church sanctuary, and trading blows with J. Edgar Hoover. This podcast made me laugh, think, cry, hold my breath, loudly gasp, and most of all, it opened my heart with stories of love, friendship, family, community, peace, and solidarity. Brendan had a very personal reason for making Divine Intervention which is revealed at the end of episode 9 and fully told in the very last episode, episode 10. We chose not to share it in this interview, so you can experience it in the full power of Brendan’s narrative arc. It’s one more reason to fully immerse yourself in the story. I hope my interview with Brendan will inspire you to listen to Divine Intervention. I cannot recommend it enough. Here’s the trailer. Episode 29: Who is a Repurposer?

A client years ago came up with the word Repurposers for the people I work with and who are drawn to my approach to career change and business growth. Since then, I noticed there is something special about Repurposers. Repurposers are turned off by inauthentic marketing and cookie-cutter approaches to coaching and transformation. They want a thriving career or business, but take a more holistic approach to achieving their goals. They want to build a sustainable career or business which is not only financially exciting, but also helps them create the life they want, aligned with their values, and surrounded by healthy relationships. Relationships in fact are one of the areas we work together on. In this podcast episode I share the main issues we explore within this hugely important topic. Repurposers crave both inner work and outer strategies. The work we do together does not shy away from going deeper while always having practical applications. Repurposers intuitively understand we are all interconnected, whether their work is directly tied to a higher Purpose, or they are focused on having a positive effect on their own family. Ultimately, Repurposers know their career or business can make a difference on multiple levels - and want to enjoy their journey. Are you a Repurposer?
