    What if your body doesn’t need a detox—because it’s already detoxifying every minute of every day? In this episode of RESET, Dr. Catie Harris explores RESET Question #8: Can you detoxify and manage oxidative stress? Detoxification isn’t a juice cleanse, tea, powder, or seven-day protocol. It’s an ongoing biological process involving your liver, kidneys, gut, lungs, cellular enzyme systems, and the nutrients and energy required to keep those systems working. But detoxification is only half of the conversation. Dr. Harris also explores oxidative stress and challenges another common assumption: that oxidation is always bad and antioxidants are always good. Your body deliberately produces reactive oxygen species for signaling, immune defense, and adaptation.
