    Julie Falk Ph.D. holds a doctorate in humanistic psychology and was a registered nurse for 30+ years.  In addition to graduate certification in coaching from Saybrook University, she holds a Masters degree in health education and promotion.  She is certified to teach MBSR through The Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society at University of Massachusetts, and is certified to teach Focusing by the International Focusing Institute.  She is a Certified Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level with a specialty in therapeutic yoga.  Dr. Falk helps us understand what Mindfulness is and how it can enhance our lives.

She serves as the chairperson of the Latino Services Task Force and the Tobacco Prevention Task Force of Healthy Adams County. She is an integral member of other community-based organizations developing initiatives to reach the underserved in Adams County.
