I love the concept of podcast. I think the hosts have really great insight and commentary. Also, they do a great job with interviews. If anyone is a film nerd. They should check out this podcast.

Such a cool concept. I always wondered what a critic would say about these establishments. Besides the awesome restaurant prose about the menus and execution you get factual insight with the creators, writers, key players and special guests who go behind the scenes of the productions and provide responses to some great interview questions. Love this podcast so much! As a writer, TV history nerd, and a human that enjoys food, this podcast is right up my alley. While it starts out as a review of a fictional restaurant ala Krusty Burgers, it really dives deep into what it is like writing a TV. Guests talk about their experiences, the craft, the inspiration behind their fictional restaurants, and so much more. And it's all wrapped in a tasty foodie shell. If you enjoy TV, food, and writing, this podcast is for you!
