Hey there, I am Krisie, a wife, a Jesus lover, and a Holistic Nutritionist. For years, I tried to fix my gut, balance my hormones, and live a healthy lifestyle with no direction and understanding. I was jumping on health trends, diet plans and fitness programs promising quick results that never really stuck or worked. I was left with more questions than answers. My body was nutrient deficient, and I felt helpless. I wasted my energy, money, and time. Finally, it clicked, I had an AHA moment when I realized that I was only silencing the symptoms, what I needed to do was get to the root cause of my gut and hormone issues. I stepped out of my comfort zone and started gaining as much knowledge and educating myself about these issues. I created a plan that worked for me, by applying the strategies that I’ve learned which brought long-term results that have me living my BEST life. And… here I am, ready to share it with you!
