About Nat As a Swiss-Korean native partly growing up in Los Angeles, my early life was a rich tapestry of cultures, laying the foundation for my global perspective. I started my career as an editor for international publications where I immersed myself in the worlds of hospitality, architecture, and design. This experience paved the way for my evolution into a branding, marketing, and communications strategist, traveling and living in cultural hubs such as Berlin, Paris, New York, and Singapore. These experiences also opened my eyes to our global impact on the environment, people, and wildlife. I'm a proud university drop-out and have been a service-providing entrepreneur since. Over the last 20 years, I've dedicated myself to helping individuals and businesses stand out and thrive. I work globally, empowering unfulfilled professionals to reimagine their lives and align their work with their true potential. My online programs are designed to deliver practical, impactful, and tangible results, focusing on demystifying personal growth and sustainable living. I believe there is more to life than just business. My passion lies in reshaping our world through continuous self-education, challenging outdated models, and championing sustainability. Over ten years ago, I switched to a very conscious lifestyle which I gradually integrated into my work. I was trained around the UN SDGs, as a Sustainable Business Strategist, and am part of global think tanks on sustainability. I love sharing my thoughts and newfound knowledge through social media and podcasts. Recognizing my unique cultural mix, I've always challenged what people called “normal” and adapted my lifestyle with a personal growth mindset. As my influence grows, I see an opportunity to use my platform and business to support conservation projects. By working together and pooling our resources, we can make an impact and preserve vital ecosystems. The bigger goal is to give back to those who need it the most, amplify the voices of the unheard, and speak for the voiceless. I'm driven by SDG14: Life Below Water and SDG15: Life On Land.Find me on social media under @trethinkbynat

However, he felt that the safaris being offered were sometimes too structured and stiff, not giving you the flexibility to venture out and explore the wonders of the African wilderness in different ways. He branched off to start his own camp, a place where guides could be creative and imaginative. Somalisa Camp was born from this dream, the now award-winning camp started as a humble dream to bring guides together to teach guests about Africa. The safari bug bit Beks and he decided this vision was bigger than just him, he gathered people with the same values to create something incredible. She believes that the way we speak about sustainability will change dramatically over the next few years so she is committed to pushing the needle on sustainability awareness for C-Suite, community and beyond. Identifying some 20 years ago a gap in genuine knowledge around sustainability she devoted her time to acquiring a deep understanding of the global issues and nuances. She now couples her 30 years in luxury niche marketing with her science knowledge to focus on the paradigm shift in behaviour required for our sustainable future. Illana created Be Better to bridge the gap between science, business, communities and individuals. The biggest choke point in the adoption of sustainable practices is a lack of access to clear information. Be Better therefore provides fact based, open sourced, cited, content to inspire change. Under that umbrella, Be Better Business is an independent 3rd party agency that specialises in helping organisations to navigate the complexity in the various frameworks for sustainability reporting. Frameworks such as; ESG, SDG’s, GRI, BCorp, GRI and ISO. Working with future thinking organisations they build bespoke roadmaps with an eye on the future to change the narrative and define what best practice looks like (versus greenwashing). Be Better Business can design, write and sign off on 3rd party Sustainability Reports or execute any of the above mentioned frameworks. www.bebetter.at Support the show
