JESUS MY SAVIOR

Let's never lose the significance of Jesus as SAVIOR. Today, we reflect on that amazing truth and what it means to you personally.

We can go into prayer two ways. The first is with our needs in the spotlight. The second is with Jesus in the spotlight. I prefer the latter. We'll continue our theme of prayer this week with a candid look at our own prayer life.

Why can you approach God with confidence when you pray? We start a new week with a new theme, Prayer, so let's retreat with God.

Key Passage: "Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need" (Hebrews 4:14-16).

We think we have a lot of faith. But do we have the faith of a child?
