Finally!!!

I’m so happy that I found this podcast! Everything that they say makes so much sense! I contacted Charmaine because I feel like I need help with my plant based diet and type 2 runs in my family so I want to avoid that at all cost. She knows what she’s talking about as well as Ghalia and she’s a type 1 so you know she knows her stuff! I will be sharing this podcast with my friends who are skeptical about this eating lifestyle ! Please continue make more podcasts ladies :)
