Relevant, inspiring, and actionable professional development is the only kind that actually sticks.
-
Heart and soul of the matter
Work cannot be our soulful identity because it’s finite and we as soulful beings are infinite.
-
Another ridiculous thing
Demanding our teams perform at a higher level while providing fewer tools, reduced resources, and less support doesn’t work.
-
Silos at work
We are not created to exist in silos. They’re costly from an individual and collective standpoint, it’s time to invest resources towards preventing them.
-
The conversations you gotta have
There’s no way to make up for regular meaningful interaction. And because of the pace of work, we have to be intentional about meaning conversation.
-
Stop putting your customers first
Start putting internal culture first. That’s the best thing you can do for your customers.
-
A leader's confession
A lot of companies talk about work life balance and not many companies model that at a leadership level making their message incongruent.
Customer Reviews
Revive your Work makes me think
Thanks for these great snippets of ideas that make me think about my life, business, even my thoughts and ideas. Please keep producing these jewels.
Supporting each other throughout career evolution
This podcast made me realize how important it is to support each other even when your colleagues go different career directions...Being there as a sounding board, coach and student whenever there is a direct cry for help or one under the surface...That’s the essence of “sapiens” in the name of our species and loving thy neighbour. Thank you Rich! I am hooked...yet again by your never ending search to grow personally and sharing that learning with others.
Great insight
As always...great insight. I’m glad your recording podcasts. You have so much to offer!!!!
