    Retro Commercials (Iconic Commercials from the Past)

    In this episode of Rewind Room, Jon and Ramona take a look at the many commercials that made the era so iconic and memorable.  Ranging from the commercials going all the way back to the 60s and ranging to the 2000s and 2010s.  As well as the iconic celebrities that helped sell products such as Cindy Crawford, Michael Jackson and many more.  Jon and Ramona also take a deep dive into the phenomenon which are Super Bowl Commercials, including the iconic Apple 1984 commercial that started it all.  An episode you won't wanna miss.

    The Classic Era of YouTube (Early 2000's to Mid 2010's).

    Jon and Ramona take a deep dive into the world of early YouTube when anything could go.  From iconic classics like Charlie Bit my Finger to Charlie the Unicorn, to names like Fred, Smosh, Ryan Higga.  YouTube was a place where people could go to unwind and watch some videos for fun.  As the 2000's near an end, YouTube takes on a different landscape and becomes a lot more commercial and cinematic compared to it's original days.  As monetization, ads and formulas begin to take over.  Have we lost something truly historic or has the change happened for the better.  Find out in this new episode of Rewind Room.

    In this episode, Jon and Ramona discuss the pop culture phenomenon, which was the console wars of the early 2000s. Which was an era where three companies SONY, Microsoft, and Nintendo all went head-to-head to become the three biggest video game developers of the era with these great devices came the fans as well as the services they offered. Everyone was trying to outdo the other, and some devices had features that others didn't, and others had bigger fan bases than others.  Which one was the most popular? Who had the biggest fan base?     In the final episode of Season 1.  Jon and Ramona reminisce on one of the most peculiar parts of the PBS experience.  The Funding Credits that PBS displayed before and after every show they aired.  The iconis "Funding for this show is provided by" was a nostalgic experience for Jon and Ramona especially as PBS was a major powerhouse for both of them.  They talk about why they are so important and with the defunding of the PBS, why funding is so important now.  You won't wanna miss this nostalgic finale.

    Kaiju Madness: (Our love for Godzilla).

    In this episode of Rewind Room.  Ramona and Jon take on the subject of the Kaiju lore.  Going all the way back to the year 1954.  When Ishirō Honda and Tomoyuki Tanaka created one of the greatest monsters to ever grace the screen.  None other than Godzilla: King of the Monsters.  Jon and Ramona talk about the history, before deep diving into why Godzilla and his movies are so amazing and have stood the test of time for over 71 years.  Inviting new generations to experience this all amazing monster and his companions.
