Great Interseection for Science and Faith

Cait & Lindsay's neurosciencce approach to re-wiring your brain is very much aligned with my approach to healing and wholeness through the dictates of Romans 12 and Ephesians 4 concerning renewing your mind which leads to a renewed identity. Healing father wounds absolutely requires a renewed perspective on fatherhood, as well as freedom from a victimized mindset.

This Podcast is Lifechanging

Even though I have a functional doctor, she hasn’t been able to help me all the way through my food sensitivities, leaky gut, and SIBO. I’m in love with this podcast. The somatic exercises, the frank but so low-key and relaxing info, are so helpful and encouraging. I’ve learned that I CAN DO THIS!
