    Nkechi Kiki Oyemhen Senior Vice President – Insurance Team Leader
    Kiki leads the insurance team, with management responsibility for the insurance and claims functions for Marsh Captive Bermuda. As Client Executive and Insurance Manager, she is responsible for providing the full range of insurance, reinsurance, claims and administrative services to her own portfolio of Marsh captive clients, She works with brokers, risk managers, actuaries and other service providers in doing so. Assessing exposures and claims trends, analyzing clients’ programmes and making recommendations for further optimization of their captive insurance company. Kiki joined JLT in April 2017 and subsequently became a part of Marsh in 2019.
     
    Rachel Derry, Executive Vice President Liberty Mutual Management (Bermuda) Ltd.
    Ms. Derry is responsible for the client service platform and the overall operations of Liberty Mutual Management (Bermuda) Ltd. She joined the Liberty team in 2005 as an Account Manager and now holds the position of Executive Vice President. Ms. Derry oversees her team of qualified accountants who are responsible for managing commercial and captive insurance companies, segregated accounts companies, management companies and investment companies in Bermuda and Vermont. Liberty Mutual Management (Bermuda) Ltd provides accounting, administration, compliance and corporate governance functions for its clients. Ms. Derry is on the education committee of the Bermuda Captive Network and participates in the Bermuda International Long Term Insurers and Reinsurers association. Prior to working in insurance, Ms. Derry’s background was ten years in accountancy practice in the UK.

But, what about when feet develop a problem in their intricate network of bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, blood vessels, and nerves? In this episode of Best Health we speak to podiatrist, Natalie Bennett of Arches Podiatry, about the specialised care and therapy for your feet and all that is connected to them. 
     
    Natalie Bennett has been a podiatrist for nearly 30 years. She graduated in 1994 with a podiatry degree following a residency at Gosford Hospital in Sydney, Australia. In the early 2000s, Natalie completed a Master’s Degree in Health Management and Health Policy. During this time, she was also Area Director of Podiatry services for the Central and South Western Sydney regions, including nine hospitals and health centres. 
     
    In 2010, Natalie was invited to work in Bermuda. At this practice, she developed a strong reputation as a dedicated podiatrist providing foot care services, especially the long-term care of individuals with diabetic foot conditions. Natalie has been an active board member for both the Bermuda Diabetes Association Board and the Bermuda Podiatry Board. 
     
    Natalie is owner of Arches Podiatry and also co-owner of Island Sole shoe retailer.

    Grainne Richmond joined Aon Insurance Managers (Bermuda) Ltd. in September 2022 as Executive Vice President, Head of Captives. Prior to joining Aon, she was Vice President of Strategic Risk Solutions (Bermuda) Limited (‘SRS’) (formally Dyna Management Services Ltd. Mrs. Richmond, by background is a qualified CPA (FCA Ireland) and has over 21 years of Captive experience both in Bermuda and Cayman having held senior roles at SRS, Artex Risk Solutions, and International Advisory Services. Prior to Captive Management Ms. Richmond worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dublin in the business advisory division working on a variety of International and Irish companies. Ms. Richmond is heavily involved in the Bermuda Industry and is former President of Bermuda Insurance Management Association (which is now part of the Bermuda Captive Network. She works closely with industry peers in discussions with the Bermuda Monetary Authority, Registrar of Companies, and the Bermuda Government. In March 2023, Ms. Richmond was nominated in Captive Review Global Top 50 professionals for expertise and service in the Captive Industry
     
    Leslie Robinson has over 34 years’ experience in the insurance industry; 23 years in captive management and 11 years as an Assistant Director at the Bermuda Monetary Authority.  Leslie is currently Senior Vice President – Head of Underwriting & Claims at Willis Towers Watson Management (Bermuda) Limited.
     
    Leslie earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Emory University and is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII).  She is a Justice of the Peace and was appointed Senator for the Bermuda Government in November 2022. She is a Director of the Bermuda Captive Network through her employment at Willis.
