Riding bikes could help solve our mental health crisis

I love the idea behind this podcast. Connecting with our surroundings, each other and ourselves through biking could change the world.

Love this podcast

Such a fun idea for a podcast. I’m a single mom with 2 young kids. I love taking my kids on bike rides. It gets us outside and away from the tv. I love hearing their one on one conversations with each other in the trailer. They are so cute screaming “hello” to everyone we pass. They fight every single time we run errands in the car. The dynamic of running errands on the bike is a night and day difference. Its a huge win for us. It’s been really healing for my family. Can’t wait for other episodes.
