An insightful glimpse at the diverse challenges of a modern school system
This podcast is a unique opportunity to learn how a school system is run and strives to improve itself. Dr. DeSantis is a skilled host who brings on a variety of guests from throughout the school district who do a great job of sharing the successes and challenges in the Ridgefield Public School system, each bringing their own perspective and expertise. A great listen for parents, students, teachers, and anyone involved in the Ridgefield Public School System, or anyone interested in current trends and issues in education. Kudos to RPS for putting this out there.
I love being introduced to the people who make this school district function. It would be wonderful to turn this over to RHS students to manage and conduct the interviews of people at all levels.
