There's been some interesting drama in the beauty community recently. Olaplex is getting sued for allegedly making people lose their hair, and an Influencer with 14 million followers blatantly lied to her audience in a sponsored post on TikTok. This whole situation is crazy and it proves you really can't trust everything you see on the internet. It's also an example of why it's so important for us to form our own opinions instead of following what's trending. Let's get into it.

Today’s episode is all about self love and the balance between love for ourselves and love for others. I like to think of it as a sort of revolving system that works best when we all know how to love ourselves and show up as the best person we can be, while understanding that you also get what you give.
