    Conservative political analyst Gayle Trotter was a guest on the Andrew Wilkow Show on Salem Network to talk about her new book, "Right in the World". She also talked about why suburban women care more about border, inflation and the price of gas than Roe v Wade going back to the states; why Democrats try to wipe out the rights directly stated in the Constitution (like gun rights), but add rights that are nowhere in the Constitution (like abortion), and why justices--including Ginsburg--realize Roe should be a state issue, not the federal government's responsibility. Gayle talks about how Ruth Ginsburg would be horrified at the violence and intimidation done by the Left and the Democrats towards the justices. Everyone should read Justice Alito's draft decision because it is a masterpiece explaining why Roe and Casey were wrongly decided in the first place. Do so-called gun control regulations have a greater impact on a woman's right to self-defense? Erin Murphy is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on Supreme Court, appellate, and constitutional litigation. She has argued before both the Supreme Court and most of the federal courts of appeals on a wide variety of issues, including the scope of the First Amendment, the Takings Clause, the Federal Power Act, the Appointments Clause, and the National Labor Relations Act. Erin has also argued several appeals defending Second Amendment rights, including the appeal that produced the opinion the Supreme Court granted certiorari to review in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. City of New York. Erin has been recognized by the National Law Journal as one of the nation’s “Outstanding Women Lawyers” and a “Rising Star” and has been ranked by Chambers & Partners as one of the nation’s top appellate lawyers.
