how I think about content creation in business (without obsessing over a niche)

I’ve seen way too many powerful healers water down their work to fit into the rules of marketing + copywriting….and therefore lose their connection to the passion of the message they came here to share.    In this episode, I’m breaking down how your body of work eventually becomes your brand… and why creating a business aligned with your dharma is one of the most important things you can do for long-term sustainability, magnetism, and fulfillment.   This episode will help you break the rules of social media marketing that makes it feel like you’re shoving yourself into a box + losing access to your creative freedom everytime you hit post.    I’m sharing why listening to your body and intuition directly impacts your content, messaging,  sales, and the clients you attract…   and why the most magnetic businesses are built from genuine connection to the work you’re here to do (aka, your entire body of work)    We’ll talk about branding, niches, visibility, messaging and all things posting on socials so you can stop forcing yourself into a version of success that feels disconnected and start building one that actually feels aligned.   You are the brand.    What You’ll Learn in This Episode:   The connection between dharma, creativity, and sustainable business growth Why your niche is only one small piece of your brand The real reason people buy in a saturated coaching industry How to think about your business as a body of interconnected work The difference between building from pressure vs inspiration How to create content while honoring your unique rhythms & vision Resources + Links:   Apply to the Embodied Leadership Sanctuary: The 6-month mastermind for spiritual entrepreneurs ready to build a business that feels deeply aligned, sustainable, and profitable    Join my Telegram community (The Embodied CEO Collective): Get behind-the-scenes audio drops on business, sales, messaging, embodied leadership and building a soul-aligned business alongside other spiritual entrepreneurs.   💌 DM me on Instagram @radiatesunshineyoga with your biggest takeaway from this episode or to connect!

Build a Magnetic AF Brand in your Coaching Business

You’re building your business… but something feels slightly off. You’re showing up, creating offers, refining your messaging… but it doesn’t fully feel like you. Like you’re following the strategy, but leaving pieces of yourself behind in the process. And maybe your business is working to some degree but it’s not lighting you up the way you thought it would. Especially as a coach, healer, or spiritual entrepreneur…you didn’t start this business to fit into another box.You started it to feel free.To express yourself fully. To create something that actually feels aligned with who you are. But somewhere along the way, it got a little… rigid. In this episode, I’m breaking down how to create a business that feels like a full-body yes, while still building offers, messaging, and a product suite that actually converts. Because this isn’t about choosing between authenticity and strategy. It’s about learning how to hold both. I’m sharing how embodiment, energetics, and self-trust directly impact your sales, your content, and the clients you attract…and why the most magnetic businesses are built on who you are, not just what you do. We’ll talk about identity, alignment, visibility, and the deeper work of leadership…so you can stop forcing yourself into a version of success that doesn’t fit and start creating one that does. What You’ll Learn in This Episode:Why your business should feel like a full-body yes—and what to do if it doesn’tThe balance between authentic expression and strategic structureWhy being fully yourself is what actually attracts aligned clientsThe real reason strategy alone isn’t creating the results you wantHow to think about your niche as a multi-dimensional body of workWhy misalignment leads to attracting clients who don’t feel like a full yesThe role of identity and leadership in scaling your businessWhat it means to trust your vision even when it doesn’t follow the “rules” Resources + Links:Apply to the Embodied Leadership Sanctuary:The 6-month mastermind for spiritual entrepreneurs ready to build a business that feels aligned, magnetic, and sustainably profitable through both strategy and embodiment. Why You’re Not Hitting Consistent $5K Months Yet (And How to Shift It)

You’ve signed your first few clients… but your income still feels inconsistent. One month you’re making money, the next month feels quiet, and you’re wondering what’s missing. You’re showing up, posting, learning the strategy, trying to refine your messaging… but it’s not translating into the level of consistency you desire. And part of you starts to question whether you need a better strategy, a bigger audience, or more time before things really click. Especially as a coach, healer, or spiritual entrepreneur… you care deeply about your work. You know you can help people. But there’s a gap between knowing that and actually creating consistent income in your business. In this episode, I’m breaking down the energetic and strategic shifts that take you from inconsistent clients to consistent $5K months and beyond. Because this isn’t just about learning more strategy. It’s about expanding your capacity to be seen, to be paid, and to actually hold the level of wealth you’re calling in. I share my own journey from inconsistent income months to my first $18K month… and what really changed along the way. We’ll talk about visibility, perfectionism, sales, and the balance between structure and flow… so you can start creating momentum in your business without feeling stuck in overthinking or burnout. Because the goal isn’t to do everything perfectly. The goal is to build a business that actually works… and supports you as you grow. What You’ll Learn in This Episode: Why fear of visibility is one of the biggest blocks to consistent income How perfectionism and overthinking keep you stuck in inconsistency The role of energetic capacity in holding more clients and more money Why messy action creates more momentum than perfect strategy How to move out of analysis paralysis and into self-trust What actually helped me go from inconsistent months to $18K The importance of sales skills in converting warm leads into clients How to create a simple business ecosystem that brings in clients on repeat The balance between strategy, structure, and energetic alignment Why your business is an extension of your identity as a CEO and visionary   Resources + Links: Apply to the Embodied Leadership Sanctuary:The 6-month mastermind for spiritual entrepreneurs ready to create consistent income, expand their capacity, and build a business that feels deeply aligned and sustainable. How to Create Your First Coaching Offer That Actually Sells

Sometimes it can feel confusing to start your coaching business when you have so many ideas, skills, and passions… but no clear direction on how to turn them into something that actually sells.   You’re thinking about your niche, your offers, your pricing… trying to figure out what to create but everything either feels too complicated or not quite “right.”   And part of you wonders if you need more clarity, more certifications, or more time before you can really put yourself out there.   Especially as a coach, yoga teacher, or healer… you care deeply about the work that you do.   And yet, so much of the online space has conditioned us to believe that we need multiple offers, complex funnels, and everything perfectly built out before we can start making money.   In this episode, I’m breaking down how to create your first coaching offer in a way that is simple, aligned, and actually profitable without overcomplicating the process.   After years of building my own business, supporting hundreds of clients, and refining my signature offer, I’ve seen firsthand how focusing on one high-ticket offer can completely change the trajectory of your business.   We’ll talk about how to structure your offer, how to think about pricing, and why starting simple is one of the most powerful things you can do in the beginning.   I also share what I’ve learned from creating offers that didn’t work at first, and how simplifying my approach allowed me to build something sustainable, scalable, and deeply aligned.   Because the goal isn’t to create the perfect offer.   The goal is to create an offer that works and then refine it as you grow.   What You’ll Learn in This Episode: Why starting with one high-ticket offer can help you create consistent income How to structure your offer in a way that supports both you and your clients The difference between your brand and your offer suite (and why it matters) How to choose a niche or focus that actually converts The biggest mistakes people make when creating their first offer How to design your offer around your desired schedule and lifestyle What it takes to scale one offer to consistent $10K–$20K months   Resources + Links:   Apply to the Embodied Leadership Sanctuary: The 6-month mastermind for spiritual entrepreneurs ready to build or scale a soul-aligned business with sustainable systems, deep embodiment, and high-touch support.   Join my Telegram community (The Embodied CEO Collective): Access exclusive audio trainings on messaging, embodiment, and sales—while connecting with other spiritual entrepreneurs inside a supportive space.   💌 DM me on Instagram @radiatesunshineyoga with your biggest takeaway from this episode or to connect!

What Nervous System Regulation Actually Is (And Why You Don’t Need to Be Calm All the Time)

Sometimes it can feel confusing to navigate your healing journey when it seems like the goal is to always be calm, peaceful, and “regulated.”   You’re doing the inner work, practicing mindfulness, trying to stay grounded but you still feel anger, grief, anxiety, or overwhelm…   And part of you wonders if that means you’re doing something wrong.   Especially as a therapist, coach, yoga teacher, or healer… you care deeply about how you show up.   But you don’t want to feel like you have to suppress parts of yourself or perform a version of “healing” that doesn’t actually feel real.   And yet, so much of the wellness and coaching space has conditioned us to believe that being regulated means being calm all the time.   In this episode, I’m breaking down what nervous system regulation actually is and why being fully human is not only normal, but necessary for your growth, relationships, and work.   After years of teaching yoga, working with clients, and building my own business, I’ve seen firsthand how often people confuse regulation with emotional suppression.   We’ll talk about the difference between being calm vs. being regulated, how your window of tolerance actually works, and why your ability to feel a full range of emotions is what allows you to show up more powerfully in your life and business.   I also share my own experience navigating spiritual spaces where it felt like I had to tone myself down and how reconnecting with my authentic self completely changed the way I lead, teach, and run my business. Because the goal isn’t to become someone who never feels hard emotions. The goal is to become someone who can feel everything… without losing themselves in the process.   What You’ll Learn in This Episode: What nervous system regulation actually means (and what it doesn’t) The difference between being calm vs. being regulated How hyperarousal and hypoarousal show up in your daily life What your window of tolerance is and why it matters Why suppressing emotions can disconnect you from your body and your work How spiritual spaces can unintentionally promote emotional bypassing Why authenticity is essential for both healing and business growth How to hold both joy and grief at the same time What it looks like to be fully expressed as a leader, coach, or therapist   Resources + Links:   Apply to the Embodied Leadership Sanctuary: The 6-month mastermind for spiritual entrepreneurs ready to build or scale a soul-aligned business with sustainable systems, deep embodiment, and high-touch support.   Join my Telegram community - The Embodied CEO Collective: Access exclusive audio trainings on messaging, embodiment, and sales—while connecting with other spiritual entrepreneurs inside a supportive space.   💌 DM me on Instagram @radiatesunshineyoga with your biggest takeaway from this episode or to connect!

What’s Actually Working on Social Media Right Now (And Why Your Content Might Not Be Hitting)

Sometimes it can feel confusing to grow a business online when everything that used to “work” suddenly… doesn’t hit the same.   You’re showing up, posting consistently, trying different strategies—but your content feels flat, disconnected, or like it’s not landing the way it used to.   Especially as a therapist, coach, yoga teacher, or healer… you care deeply about the work that you do.   But you don’t want to feel like you have to perform, over-curate, or disconnect from yourself just to make sales.   And yet, so much of the online space has conditioned us to believe that we need to be more polished, more perfect, or more strategic in order to grow.   In this episode, I’m breaking down what’s actually working on social media right now—and why the shift we’re in is asking you to show up in a completely different way.   After being in the coaching industry for the past few years and watching how quickly things have evolved, I’ve seen firsthand how overly curated content, rigid strategies, and disconnected messaging are starting to fall flat.   We’ll talk about what people are actually craving right now, why authenticity is no longer optional, and how to create content that connects on a human level while still converting.   I also share my own journey with content—from vague, fluffy messaging… to hyper-specific, sales-driven content… to finding the balance where my content feels like me and actually supports my business growth.   Because the goal isn’t just creating content that performs.   The goal is building a personal brand that feels alive, expressive, and rooted in who you actually are—while still making money and creating real impact.   What You’ll Learn in This Episode: Why overly curated and “perfect” content is losing its impact The real reason people feel disconnected on social media right now How to balance authentic expression with messaging that actually converts What makes content sell (beyond just talking about money or results) How to build a personal brand that includes your life, personality, and creativity The shift from performing online to genuinely connecting with your audience Why your joy, lifestyle, and self-expression are part of your marketing strategy How to create content that feels like you and brings in clients   Resources + Links:   Apply to the Embodied Leadership Sanctuary: The 6-month mastermind for spiritual entrepreneurs ready to build or scale a soul-aligned business with sustainable systems, deep embodiment, and high-touch support.   Join my Telegram community: Access exclusive audio trainings on messaging, embodiment, and sales so you can create content that feels like you and converts.   💌 DM me on Instagram @radiatesunshineyoga with your biggest takeaway from this episode or to connect!

Coaching vs. Therapy: Why I’m Building Both

Sometimes it can feel confusing to start a business as a therapist, coach, yoga teacher, or healer who deeply cares about your clients, but also wants to build wealth without being burnt out.  There’s a lot of conversation online about coaching versus therapy… and honestly, a lot of misinformation too.   In this episode, I’m sharing something I haven’t talked much about publicly yet: why I’m opening a private therapy practice even though I already have a successful coaching business. After years of building my coaching business and serving hundreds of therapists to build theirs while simultaneously completing my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, I’ve seen firsthand how these two paths can complement each other (and where the boundaries need to exist). We’ll talk about the real differences between coaching and therapy, what therapists need to know before starting a coaching business, and how healers can structure their work in a way that creates both impact and sustainability. I also walk you through the math behind different business models for practitioners and why scalable offers like masterminds and memberships can help prevent burnout while allowing you to serve more people.  Because the goal isn’t just making quick money. The goal is creating a body of work that allows you to help people deeply without sacrificing your energy, creativity, or well-being while building wealth.   What You’ll Learn in This Episode: The real difference between coaching and therapy—and why they serve different roles in the healing space Why I’m opening a private therapy practice even though my coaching business is already successful What therapists need to understand before starting a coaching business Examples of coaching niches that work well for therapists and practitioners How to structure a healing business that supports both impact and income Why embracing multiple identities as a healer can expand your influence and your work in the world   Resources + Links: Apply to the Embodied Leadership Sanctuary: The 6-month mastermind for spiritual entrepreneurs ready to grow their soul-aligned business with sustainable systems and high-touch support.
