    As a Latina Muslim mama, I’ve learned that motherhood is both a blessing and relentlessly real. Between the diapers, the du’as, and the deep cultural expectations, I had to get clear on what keeps me grounded. In this episode, I’m sharing the 5 Non-Negotiables —things that protect my peace, honor my faith, help me show up as the fierce, intentional mom I’m meant to be, and raise my baby while staying grounded. This is about more than routines because when you tap into that mama bear energy, you stop apologizing for doing what’s best for your child and yourself.  Like that one time someone questioned why I have a birth plan and made suggestions to my birth plan—respectfully I declined their input and my maternal instinct said keep distance from this person, and I stood firm on that.
