We live in a world with increasing polarity and fatigue. By focusing on opinions we may struggle to find a cohesive path to fulfil our greatest human potential. To help humanity to thrive, perhaps we need to try something new. Let us explore a shift away from opinions/answers and focus on the questions we ask and the values which underpin our answers. Can we be more mindful and define our questions / values ? Could refining our enquiry with those who do and do not share our opinions, broaden our perspective to find better answers ? Answers which lead to solutions, unity, and the opportunity to reach our full potential. I am a doctor of medicine, a human who has grown up with a holistic approach to life, and an artist. In this podcast, I take a creative approach to polarity and the challenges we face, with wisdom, reflection, and curiosity. I use the analogy of a river to support my exploration and our human journey. Learn more at https://doctoroshi.com

The episode then explores freedom. A freedom that is independent of conditions. New to this week is a practice to help you pave that freedom.
This weeks question to explore in our communities is: What causes frustration? When we understand the root causes that trigger one another we can find the avenues to freedom.

An introduction to my Pod Cast
Welcome to my weekly pod cast.
Every Friday I have a new episode for you. During the 10-15 minute weekly episodes I will explore different aspects of life with an enquiring mind. It is my hope to inspire you to pull back from your opinions and refine the questions we ask.
My shift in focus to help us move from polarity to unity comes from my time in "Academic Medicine." In academic medicine the most important things to define are the correct questions. The best researchers spend more time refining their questions. They look at the problem from different angles and have conversations with many people. They include their like minded colleagues and those they disagree with. Key insights come from unlikely coffee buddies. They collect a broad range of answers beyond their own perspectives, ideas, and beliefs. Once this field work and a literature review is complete - the best researchers look for good methodology and resources to outline a study protocol and answer the question(s). This approach is applicable to all aspects of life.
Could such an approach help us come together and progress on a larger scale ?
In my pod cast I explore the investment in "field work" that refines questions and collates diverse answers. The style is reflective and creative. Shifting from polarity to unity assists the achievement of our highest human potential.
My first episode is tomorrow. The topic is : From listening to understanding.
Next week on Friday we will explore : From being on time to mastering time.
Look out for future topics as the First season unfolds
