    Thou Shalt Slay the Dragon - Old tires, Trauma, Life-lies, and letting the anima streak across the quad

    Freddy starts with a what he calls a "lesson in patience... and other things" Jake and Freddy discuss if trauma exists (spoiler alert: it does). They also discuss "life lies" the secret things we keep close to the chest and tell ourselves to feel better or not change the way we live. Jake takes us through a writing exercise that could've backfired if he wasn't so darned articulate. And Freddy retracts another camel fact. The book referenced so often in here is called The Courage to Be Disliked by Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga

They realize that the mistakes and failures along the journey are so important to success but are often left out of the story.
