Known on their socials as the ‘Blue T**s’, the society runs frequent meet ups from their weekly Sunday swims to pizza socials and games nights. Wild swimming isn't just a university society for Ruby, it's a passion. In this episode, Ruby reflects on her time in Blue T**s, the importance of community at university, and how wild swimming has impacted her life.

    3. Creating Your Own Path: Risk, Reinvention, and Entrepreneurship - Serena Tedros

    This week,  we’re joined by Serena Tedros, a London-born entrepreneur and recent graduate whose journey spans neuroscience, global healthcare, and now the world of food start-ups. Raised in Walworth Road and Elephant and Castle, Serena studied Neuroscience at King's College London during the Covid era before going on to complete a master’s in Global Healthcare Management at University College London. After finishing a life sciences strategy consulting internship, she has since pivoted toward entrepreneurship, launching her own protein ball business, currently selling through pop-ups and a van across London, with plans to expand. In this conversation, Serena reflects on navigating career uncertainty, learning through failure, and building something of her own, while also opening up about experiences with dyslexia and ADHD, major personal decisions during the pandemic, and the realities of carving out a path that doesn’t follow a straight line.
