The beans that make up this legendary roast come to us from our incredible partners at Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union in Ethiopia. A group that was formed in 2001 but today represents roughly 85,000 small-scale farmers.  With notes of dark chocolate and flamed orange zest, this coffee will have your palate soaring to unimaginable heights. This was the first coffee I ever tried from Just Coffee Coop and it’s been one of my top favorites from them. I remember when this album came out and I also remember when they played the track Harvest Moon and From Hank to Hendrix on Saturday Night Live back in 1992. I accidentally said the wrong name for the director, my apologies, Death Wish was directed by Michael Winner. To me, it's a natural mix to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee while also being moved by a great album. I do plenty of both, so I decided to share my findings with you.
