It’s difficult to find podcasts that are both entertaining and educational, but Alejandra Reynoso succeeds in giving listeners a podcast that is both. If you’re interested in the experiences of an up-and-coming voice actress but also in learning more generally about the history, terminology, and behind-the-scenes work that goes into this business, this is definitely the podcast for you. While listening, I feel like I am taking a class where the professor is my very close friend. She weaves together, quite effortlessly, her firsthand experiences in the industry alongside a kind of “Voice Acting 101” rhetoric that really leaves you feeling like you’ve learned something substantial. You can tell immediately that she’s done her research and that she truly, deeply cares about the voice acting industry - not just as a professional, but as a genuine fan.
