    Interdependent Individuation

Join Rohini for this exploration of 'interdependent individuation' – something that is going to be a defining quality of the emerging new paradigm we're collectively cycling into. Moving beyond the exhausted binary of hyper-individualism vs. hyper-collectivism, this is an invitation into a fertile middle ground where true maturation happens.  Drawing on Jungian psychology and the wisdom of interbeing, Rohini distinguishes between toxic individualism and the soul's journey towards wholeness, revealing how becoming more fully ourselves simultaneously deepens our connection to Nature, Cosmos, and each other.  She examines why both political extremes ultimately converge on authoritarianism, how interdependence differs from co-dependence, and why withdrawing from externally defined ideologies allows us to root into our inner authority. For anyone feeling destabilized as the old structures are crumbling, this conversation offers a map of sorts for navigating the evolutionary tipping point we're experiencing, reminding us that as we individuate and heal, we become agents of worldbuilding, and participants in a larger unfolding that honors both our uniqueness and our inseparability from the whole. Episode 14: Attuning to our Ecological Identity

Join me for this dive into ecosomatics – an emerging field of research and practice that explores the living relationship between our bodies and the wider ecological world.  I talk about how ecosomatics reframes the body as Nature, expressing locally through us, and how this perspective can heal the existential alienation caused by modern life.  Some key principles of ecosomatics are discussed, including their potential to expand our sense of Self and belonging – and I share a short, simple exercise to awaken peripheral vision. We also look at ecosomatics' roots in animist traditions, how it intersects with Jungian depth psychology, and its key role in trauma recovery. This episode is a call to remember our ecological identity and to restore the felt-sense connection to this. For those of you who are interested in deepening into ecosomatics through exploring the living relationship between body, land & creativity, you're invited to join me for an in-person experience, Writing the Body, Writing the Land, in the Mojave high desert wilderness on the weekend of April 4th, at the gorgeous RESET Hotel. Episode 12: 2026 – The Year of Embodied Imagination

As we arrive at the end of 2025, this episode of Root + Rise is an invitation to take stock of all that this year has asked of us – personally, collectively. I reflect on 2025 – the year of the Wood Snake in the Chinese calendar – as a year of profound shedding, completion and a time when old systems, identities, and ways of being have been chiselled away to reveal something more essential beneath. Moving from personal reflection into the wider collective field, this episode explores what it means to stand at the threshold of a new cycle. I speak to the collapse of unsustainable structures, reclaiming energetic sovereignty in an age of hyper-stimulation and surveillance, and why rooting in inner authority is essential as we move through these times. At the heart of this conversation is the reclamation of imagination through an exploration of what it truly is, beyond just make believe, and why it matters so much at this time  – and the threats to it. I introduce the idea of embodied imagination, and how that's an access point to our mutlidimensional human potential. As 2026 opens as a 1 year numerology, the beginning of a brand new cycle, this episode is a call to step into your role as a steward and architect of what’s emerging, via your imagination and grounded in the body, the nervous system and your inner authority. Episode 11: Decolonize Your Manifesation Practice

This episode is an exploration of manifestation through a decolonial, Nature-aligned, trauma-informed lens. Moving beyond the hyper-individualistic, transactional narrative, this is a call towards a more relational understanding of co-creation – one rooted in ecosomatics, nervous system capacity, embodiment, and interdependence with the more-than-human world. I talk about why we don’t create from thoughts alone, how unprocessed trauma and stress can influence what we’re able to call in, and how bypassing, toxic positivity, and formulaic manifestation practices can reinforce a culture of pathology. This is about manifestation as a crucible for integration, evolution, and becoming – not performing or fixing and not a measure of our worth. We also look at the role of values in the process of manifesation, the importance of nervous system safety in holding big visions, and what it means to steward dreams that are in service to life, rather than extraction or ego.  For the humans with big visions who are feeling disillusioned with the hype of mainstream manifestation culture, and sensing there’s a more natural, relational, and truthful way, this conversation is an invitation back into right relationship with yourself, your values, and Nature’s creative rhythms.  Join my Substack newsletter, The Immateria: https://theimmateria.substack.com/subscribe Drop-in to the weekly online somatic experiencing & meditation group session The Light Gets In Ways to Work with Me 1:1 1:1 Mentorship The Call of the Disobedient Woman Inquire about Organizational Consultancy Get in touch by emailing me at rohini@rohiniwalker.com or on Substack. Episode 10: The Curious Paradox of What We Really Are

In this 10th episode of Root + Rise, we wander through some of my favorite terriain: the dance of opposites, the numinous space of both/and, and the wildly generative consciousness that lives at the Zero Point Field ~ the realm of The Fool, Beginner’s Mind, and radically creative evolution. Join me as we explore: The archetype of The Fool and the number 0 ~ the cosmic reset, the soul’s new cycle, and the curiosity that unfurls new worlds. The Zero Point Field in physics and mysticism ~ the alive, luminous space of infinite potential that’s also the fabric of our own consciousness. A personal story from my childhood encounters with the vast, transpersonal Self ~ and what they revealed about love, identity, and the larger context holding us. Curiosity as an alchemical force ~ especially towards the “negative spaces” in our lives. Beginner’s Mind  ~ the revolutionary humility that makes space for new possibilities, innovation, and the radically creative consciousness that the world is hungry for right now The dangers of expertise-as-identity, and why openness is the fertile ground of evolution. Everyday invitations to practice Beginner’s Mind in real time This episode is a recalibration and a reminder that you're not separate from the infinite, shimmering potential of the Unified Field; that openness is a kind of magic. And that the seeds of a new evolutionary cycle are already alive within you.
