Love the Strong Sistas and love this podcast
Ashley and Sarah are two of my favorite people to follow on social media and I LOVE this podcast. They are both so incredibly intelligent and I love hearing their thoughts and wisdom on so many important topics. They are also super fun and entertaining and their guests are great.
Great guests
This content really speaks to me and I really appreciate the guests they pull on the talk about specific topics and and nuances. I cope with some of the same health issues the sisters have delt with which makes the content particularly informational. But I do feel like I leave the podcast often afraid of my lifestyle choices. It feels often like the messsage is “live fully this way or you’ll never find health.” Which is unobtainable for most.
Love the Strong Sistas
I’ve been following these girls since the carnivore days, bout 5 years now, and I just think they’re the bees knees. They’re so genuine, and really love helping people, the environment, and animals. I’ve seen them grow so much, learning so many different modalities to heal through damaged metabolism, mold, auto immune conditions etc. I’m so glad they’ve made a legit podcast now and have a diverse guests list for all sides of healthy spectrum.
