Rooted Perspectives

No two perspectives should be identical, but there are two very important things that I believe a perspective must have to be taken seriously. The first is that it must be grounded in knowledge - through lived experience, education, or pure accident. The second is that it must be delivered in a way that does not belittle others perspectives - especially when disagreeing. Differing perspectives should encourage communication, not hostility.  This podcast will be an assortment of topics, ideas, and perspectives that I will share on addiction, mental health, fitness, history, and whatever various ADHD rabbit holes I've decided to include in my regiment.  Please check the episode descriptions for links to videos, music, and other content that may or may not be as easily available on the main website.
