Not because I didn't believe in something greater than myself, but because I'd attached the word to religion, control, and the idea that someone else knew God better than I did. In this episode, I'm unpacking how that changed—and why I now believe we've been taught to outsource our relationship with God far more than we realize. We're diving into why prayer and energy healing may not be as different as we've been led to believe, why I see astrology and Human Design as maps rather than idols, and why discernment not blind obedience—is one of the most spiritual practices we have.     3: Detoxifying Beauty - My Decision to Explant

    There is so much in our culture that drives us to not be happy with what we see staring back at us in the mirror. We are so heavily influenced by pop culture and the perceived judgement of others that we end up picking ourselves a apart. What I have learned over the last almost 20 years of getting breast implants and then deciding to remove them completely is to learn to love yourself and to always trust yourself. In my health journey which I need to go into detail on, I have found how much breast implants can contribute to a lot of acute and chronic health issues. We normalize these symptoms and run ourselves in circles over the cause and implants are never called into question. I want to share what I have learned about implants and myself in hopes it helps ladies make informed decisions on what they do their bodies.     2: Life Lessons From My Romantic Relationships

    My romantic relationships have taught me so much about myself; how I want to live my life, what I deserve and what I don't and to be honest this is where a lot of my stories and advice ends up coming from in conversations. Additionally, finding true love, admiration and partnership in someone was a lifelong dream. I am a hopeless romantic and a very reflective person and at the end of the day every relationship provided so much value and made me the wife I am today.
