    Send us a text This episode came at just the right time. Kim and I haven't sat down for one of these episodes in a few weeks and I was feeling sapped of all Joy and Gratitude. The notes for this episode were from before Christmas and Man, oh Man did we have some good stuff in there that I needed to hear NOW. If you are feeling sapped, grumpy, anxious, overwhelmed, or just down in the dumps... I hope you know that God's goodness is right there, a gift waiting to be received. Also in this episode Kim mentions the episode on Jiu Jitsu, which is still a top listened to episode. It's Episode 6-ish: The Fight for Confidence and it has recruited quite a few women to the mats, which is always a goal for me :-)

    Send us a text We had the most powerful weekend with the attendees of the Rooted Summit: A Mother-Son weekend! It was a wild time but it was also a time of so much introspection. Moms walked away forever changed and Boys set off on a new trajectory. This episode is a recap of the weekend. Partially, so people can hear about it and get excited that we are making change but also partially because the whole experience of this event was so overwhelming that I, personally, needed a brain dump.
