At an early age Zack suffered a spinal injury but it hadn't stopped him physically. Having competed in swimming, marathons, cycling and all together in triathlons, Zack has finally found time to fit in Jiu Jitsu to his lifestyle! Round Table Combatives 101

Welcome to Round Table Combatives Podcast. We will be hosting discussion on all things related to martial arts! Everything from training, fitness, recovery, sport fighters, hobbyist etc. In this first episode we introduce ourselves and interview two of our local gym's students. Reny is a life long martial arts enthusiast and presently practicing and coaching both BJJ and Pekiti Tirsia Kali , edged weapons fighting. He also conducts his communities Women's Self Defense program. Billy is also a lifelong martial artist and is one of the lead instructors at Cyclone Martial arts academy. He instructs both adults and the kids programs (of of the largest in Louisiana). Billy is also the lead hand to hand combat instructor for the New Orleans Police Department.
