MoonRose Mickie | Sensual Awakening

Answers 4 Awakening | One With Life

In this special episode which was earlier featured on Answers 4 Awakening, my amazing partner Jorge Jimenez hosting as Siddhartha, interviews me. Through this conversation, Siddhartha guides me gracefully to share my process of growth in depth in order to reveal the many tools I’ve acquired along the way. Candida, Fasting & Rediscovering the Intelligence Within

In this solo episode, I dive into the fasting journey I recently took on. Through this process, I carried the intention of rebuilding a healthy relationship with food, rediscovering how to listen to my body’s needs instead of my mind’s wants and reestablishing balance in my gut that had been neglected for far too long. Finally stepping out of shame to speak my truth surrounding candida and food addiction has brought me the joy of sharing with you my ongoing quest back a state of inner wellbeing.
