Sometimes we have fun exploring a new trend that pays off.  More often, it's useful to just stick with the "boring" basics over a long period of time! From about 14:30 - 18:30, Tali's mic had a glitch- sorry about the audio! After that point it's all good. When we're scrolling online, or even when we read in-depth articles from trusted sources, we can come accross some interesting fitness advice. Some of it is useful, some of it's not, and some of it is actually just wrong or dangerous!  In this episode, Tali and Cody discuss some of the trends, and more importantly, the usefullness of sticking with the "boring" foundational work that actually gets you stronger and fitter over time.
