Evidently I was tho LOL... enjoy me talking to king / myself and listen for other aunt (Steph) emerging from the basement post-nap at the very end bahahah -- babysitting duty over!

    Hope you enjoy this lil audio of Mary and Sadiyah CUTTING MY LITERAL HAIR it is chaotic but makes me laugh so wanted to share lolol.. it was very spontaneous and super fun :) they were my first guests at my new apartment and we were honestly just sitting around when I suggested they chop my hair bahaha... sun and excitement --> hair and excitement !!!

    deep cut: food for thought

    Hi hi hope you've been well! :) wanted to drop a little mini something -- from the episode with jada on loneliness and mindfulness! That convo was super fruitful but also super long lol so had to cut a lot :( but I've brought this one tangent back because I think it has a lot of good stuff! We talk about consumerism, health/diet culture, and mental boundaries when it comes to food. Don't know if I'm really summing it up well but in any case I hope you enjoy haha.. miss you lots.. be back so soon!!!!
