Excellent, clear information and advice. Format is perfect as it focuses on a specific question, rather then a stream of consciousness! I wish there were some way to 'group' the questions e.g. Nutrition, Injury, Comrades, Two Oceans etc, but not critical -:)

Very helpful & informative! I ran 1/2 marathons years ago without any guidance & had several injuries along the way b/c I didn't know much about running. I'm ready to run again! Podcasts provide great information & this time I hope to increase mileage without injury. Thank you for a great resource!
